Join OTCR

Anyone from within the University of Illinois is welcome to apply to OTCR. However, OTCR only interviews candidates twice a year. Interviews for positions starting in the fall semester take place around April and interviews for positions starting in the spring semester take place in November.

OTCR's interview process consists of two rounds of interviews (typically 20-30 minutes each). The first round of interviews is a primarily a behavioral interview that is based heavily on your past experiences and resume. Those who pass the first rounds are invited to the second round of interview, which consist of a business case interview. This interview will gauge your ability to analyze and solve a typical business problem with the interviewer.
