T&M Senior Creates Example to Lead By:

"'As a student leadership development facilitator, I have enjoyed numerous books on leadership,' explained Pete Mockaitis. 'I was always excited to apply the ideas and techniques as soon as I entered the 'real world.' However, I was disappointed to discover that no book translates fundamental leadership principles into practical techniques to enrich my student organizations. So, I decided to write my own.' Encouraged by some fellow students, Mockaitis set about merging what he had learned from reading business-oriented leadership books with his own experiences as a student leader."
